You have the right to terminate this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The period of notice is fourteen days from the day you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, received or received the last goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, notify your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. letter, fax or e-mail by post). You may use the enclosed model withdrawal form, but it is not necessary.

To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for you to send notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

Consequences of reimbursement

If you cancel this Agreement, immediately, and in any event within 14 days after we receive notice of your cancellation of this Agreement, we will make all payments received from you, including delivery charges (excluding any additional charges arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method offered by us). We will use the same means of payment for this refund as for the original transaction, unless otherwise expressly agreed with you; in no event will you be charged for this refund. We may refuse to refund the goods until we have received them back or until you can prove that you have returned them, whichever occurs first.

You must return or deliver the goods to us immediately and in any event no later than fourteen days after you notify us of the revocation of this agreement. The time limit shall be complied with if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period. The direct costs of returning the goods shall be borne by you. They are only liable for the depreciation of the goods if this depreciation is the result of a treatment of the goods that is not necessary to check the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts:
contracts for the supply of sealed products which, for reasons of health protection or hygiene, are not suitable for return if the seal is removed after delivery.
